Mulgrave Road Surgery is part of central Sutton Primary Care Network [PCN, one of Sutton’s four primary care networks [PCNS]
Increasingly other local health professionals will be involved in your care across the community and include community nurses, health visitors and nurse specialists. At Mulgrave Road we also have direct access to pharmacists, mental health practitioners, social prescribing link workers, first contact practitioners and health coaches, some of whom work on-site as part of the central Sutton PCN.
