We also provide extended surgery hours, with 'commuter appointments' bookable through Patient Access.

Prefer to book a Skype appointment rather than attend surgery?
Dr Dino Pardhanani offers Skype 'virtual clinic' appointments. To use this service you must
first make sure he has accepted your contact request through his Skype address: Doc_Dino1
Then, simply book an online appointment typing 'Skype' in the comments section.
Dr Pardhanani will contact you at your booked time.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
Requests should be telephoned through to reception before 11am if possible.
Please make sure you leave a contact number for the doctor or nurse to phone you to decide the most appropriate next management step.
Phone 020 8407 3600 if you would like to speak to a GP or nurse. If they are not available you may be asked to ring back at a later time or leave a contact number.
Test results are now accessible through the Patient Online platform.
Please make sure the reception staff have 'enabled' your access if you are having difficulties with access.

Please give adequate time for your results to arrive which can be up to a week.
Cervical smear test results: it will take about 2-3 weeks for you to be notified at your home address.
The NHS has strict policies regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
